AuraClipy sells time-limited subscription access (software as a service) to the AuraClipy web app. No physical product is shipped. After payment we generate an access key and send it to the email address you provide at checkout. That key unlocks the app for the access duration of the plan you purchased.

Plan prices, access durations and usage limits are listed in full on the Pricing page and are shown again before you complete checkout.

• Your access key is personal to you and must not be shared, resold or published.
• Access begins when the key is first activated and ends when the plan's access duration expires.
• We may suspend a key that is shared across many devices or used in a way that abuses the service.
• Lost keys can be re-sent to the original purchase email — contact support.

Each plan includes daily AI script-to-video generation limits, AI text-to-speech limits and a maximum video length. Those limits are stated on every pricing card. Limits reset daily. Where a plan is described as having a fair-use allowance, we may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent automated abuse or excessive server load.

You agree not to use AuraClipy to create or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, hateful, harassing, or promotes violence.
• Is sexual content involving minors, or otherwise violates applicable law.
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or personality rights.
• Impersonates a real person or spreads deliberate misinformation.

We run automated content-safety checks and may block generations or terminate access for violations, without refund.

You keep ownership of the scripts you paste and the videos you export. You are responsible for holding the rights to any material you upload. Stock footage and voices supplied inside the app are licensed for use in videos you create with AuraClipy.

Purchases are completed either on WhatsApp (Easypaisa / Crypto) or on Patreon. We never see or store your full card details — Patreon processes those payments. Prices are shown in US dollars and your bank may apply currency conversion fees. All purchases are verified manually by our support team before your access key is issued.

We work to keep AuraClipy available at all times, but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Features, stock providers, voices and limits may change as the product evolves. We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to AuraClipy is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
