Privacy Policy

• Email address — entered at checkout so we can deliver your access key and support you.
• Purchase information — plan purchased, amount, transaction reference and payment status supplied by our payment provider.
• Access key and session data — stored so the app can verify your subscription, plus a random device identifier saved in your browser.
• Content you submit — scripts, uploaded audio or media and generated project data, processed so the app can build and render your video.
• Basic technical logs — such as error reports and request timestamps, used to keep the service working.

We do not collect card numbers. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising.

• To create, deliver and validate your AuraClipy access key.
• To generate scripts, voice overs and rendered videos you request.
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse or key sharing.
• To provide customer support by email and WhatsApp.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations relating to your purchase.

AuraClipy uses trusted third-party services to operate. These include Patreon for card and PayPal purchases, our transactional email provider for delivering access keys, AI providers for script enhancement, speech synthesis and transcription, and stock media providers for footage used in your videos. Each processes only the data needed for its function.

Purchase records and access keys are kept for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards for the period required for accounting and dispute handling. Project and render data is kept only as long as needed to deliver your exports, and is removed on request.

Access keys are generated on our servers and delivered only by email — they are never shown in the browser URL or in the checkout page. API keys, webhook secrets and other credentials are stored server-side and are never exposed to the frontend. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

We use browser storage and a first-party cookie to remember your access session across our pages. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment provider may set its own cookies inside its secure checkout.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Email AuraClipy@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

AuraClipy is not intended for use by children under 13.
